Hello Friends! Today in Ranna-Banna you will learn a North Indian Dish. A lot of us like to eat North Indian food. So we hope that you will like today’s recipe “Hara Vara Kebab”.
INGREDIENTS :
– Ghee : 5gm
– Spinach Paste : 10gm
– Peas Paste : 50gm
– Ginger and Chopped Green Chilly
– White Oil
FOR STUFFING :
– Curd : 10gm
– Salt and White Pepper : To taste
– Cashew Paste : 5gm
– Ginger and Chopped Green Chilly
METHOD :
Firstly take some ghee in a pan and heat it. Add ginger and chopped green chilly to it and after adding peas & spinach paste, fry it. Then add salt to taste and once it is almost fried and the water is almost dried put the pan down.
Then add the ingredients of the stuffing to this mixture and then make some small does and then fry those in ghee and white oil in simmer.
Hara Vara Kebab is ready to be enjoyed.
