Hello Friends! Today in Ranna Banna we will share with you a very good starter recipe named “Jhinga Jafrani”. It may sound like a veg item but this is not at all a veg starter. This is totally a non-veg dish. We will make it with prawn. This is a cuisine awadh dish.
Ingredients needed to make Jhinga Jafrani are…
INGREDIENTS :
– Prawn : 100gm
– Curd : 70gm
– Saffron : 2gm
– Lemon Extract : 1 Table Spoon
– Salt, Pepper : To taste
– Tandoori Masala : 1 Tea Spoon
METHOD :
– Mix lemon extract, salt, pepper, saffron, curd and add the prawns to the mixture and leave it in the fridge for 3 hours.
– Now take out the fish and wait for it to get back into room temperature and then spread some tandoori masala and grill it for 10 to 15 minutes in the grill oven.
– Before you serve, rub a bit of saffron on the fish.
Well, your awadh dish Jhinga Jafrani is ready.
