Ingredients needed to make Kachoris of Arhar Daal…

INGREDIENTS :



– Arhar Daal Paste : As per need
– Onion, Ginger and Garlic Paste : As per need
– Coriander Leaves-Green Chilies Combo Paste : As per need
– White Oil : As per requirement
– Garam Masala Powder : A little bit
– Salt & Sugar : To taste
– Maida Flour : As per requirement
– To garnish : Salad & Sauce

METHOD :



Firstly heat up some white oil in a pan and add onion, ginger and garlic paste to it. After stirring a bit add the coriander leaves-green chilies combo paste and cook for a bit and then add garam masala powder, salt & sugar and daal paste to it and make the stuffing by stirring the whole mixture well.

Now mix the maida flour and cut some lechis from it and put the readied stuffing inside the lechis and then roll and fry those lechis in white oil and the Kachoris of Arhar Daal will be ready.

Now serve the hot and tasty Kachoris of Arhar Daal with sauce and salad.
