Kashmiri Pulao | কাশ্মীরি পোলাও

The ingredients we will need to make Kashmiri Pulao are…

INGREDIENTS :



– Ghee : 2 Spoon
– Cashew & Raisin : 1 Small Cup
– Sugar : 2 Spoon
– Milk : 2 Spoon
– Soft Boiled Mixed Fruits (Pineapple, Cherry, Papaya, Pear) Chopped in Small Pieces : 1 Small Cup
– Steamed Dehradun Rice : Approx 125gm
– Khoya Kheer : 1 Small Cup
– Salt : To taste

METHOD :



Heat 2 spoons of ghee in a pan and put the cashew & raisin in that and fry and then add 2 spoons of sugar and 2 spoons of milk to that and stir those well for some time. Then add the small pieces of the chopped fruits to that and stir it well. Then add approximately 125gm of the steamed Dehradun rice and stir and then add 1 small cup of khoya kheer to it and lastly add some salt to taste and mix the whole thing well and in a moment your Kashmiri Pulao will be ready to serve.
