Hi Friends. Welcome to Ranna-Banna. Today we will share a soup recipe. We eat soup throughout the year, may be a bit more in the winter. There are not many people who do not like to eat soup in the breezing cold. So today we will learn how to make Lemon Chicken Soup.

Lemon Chicken Soup | লেমন চিকেন স্যুপ

To make Lemon Chicken Soup, you will need…

INGREDIENTS :



– Boneless Chicken : 150gm
– Chicken Stock : 1 cup or as needed
– Lemon Extract : 2 Tea Spoon
– Butter : 1 Table Spoon
– Green Chilly : 2 Chopped Pieces
– Ajinomoto : Half spoon
– Chopped Garlic : 1 Tea Spoon
– Egg White : 1
– Spring Onion : 2 Tea Spoon
– Chopped Ginger : 1 Table Spoon
– Gandhoraj Lemon Leaf : 1 Chopped
– Salt : To taste
– Cornflour : 1 Tea Spoon
– Pepper : Half Tea Spoon

METHOD :



In a non-sticky pan heat up some butter and add some chopped garlic & onion and stir it well. After the onion becomes brown, add the chicken pieces and stir it. Then add salt, pepper and chicken stock and after mixing it well boil it for 10 minutes in simmer.

Now after the chicken is boiled properly, take the egg white, cornflour, lemon extract, chopped lemon leaf, green chilly, ajinomoto in a bowl and pour the chicken stock in it and mix it very well. Then after boiling it for 5-7 minutes in simmer, take it down and serve it hot with spring onion spread over it.

Your Lemon Chicken Soup is ready to be enjoyed.
