To make Vetki Biryani, you will need…
INGREDIENTS :
– Vetki Fish : Small Cube Pieces
– Salt – To taste
– Black Pepper : To taste
– Cornflour : A small amount
– White Oil : As needed (Ranna-Banna recommends Sundrop Lite – BUY NOW)
– Ghee – A small amount
– 1 Beaten Egg
– Garam Masala : To taste
– Roasted Crushed Curry Leaves Powder
– Steamed Basmati Rice (Ranna-Banna recommends India Gate – BUY NOW)
– Sugar : To taste
– Lemon Extract : A small amount
– Chopped Beaver : A small amount
METHOD :
First, take the small cube pieces of Vetki Fish and put salt, black pepper, 1 beaten egg and a bit of cornflour to it and mix properly. Now take some white oil (BUY SUNDROP LITE NOW) and a bit of ghee in a frying pan and then fry those marinated pieces of vetki fish one by one. Alongside, season it with garam masala and then mix roasted crushed curry leaves powder with it and stir well. Then add the steamed basmati rice (BUY INDIA GATE BASMATI RICE NOW) to it. Then add small amount of salt, sugar, black pepper, crushed curry leaves and lemon extract and mix it well and cover it and then let it cook for some time. Next, open the cover and add some chopped beaver and ghee to it and again cover it and let it be for some time and in a moment your Vetki Biryani will be ready to serve.
